In 2006 videographer Fred Wilharm and his freelance writer wife, Sharon, went to the theater to see Facing the Giants. "We were excited to see an independent Christian movie so well done," says Sharon. "It inspired me to go home and write a screenplay." She immediately wrote Class of 91, but it didn't work out for them to produce it at that time.

 "DANGEROUS CALLING is going to shake things up," declares Cloud Ten's CEO, André van Heerden. Cloud Ten Pictures Inc., has made a name for itself with its end-times dramas, the Left Behind movies and the Apocalypse Series. DANGEROUS CALLING, debuting on February 8, 2010, marks the indieproduction/distribution house's first foray into the Suspense/Thriller genre. "It's not everyday you come across a truly scary Christian film," notes Paul Lalonde, the company's owner and chairman. "DANGEROUS CALLING may raise some eyebrows, but we're proud to be distributing it."

Global disaster and the apocalypse have always been a compelling backdrop for big blockbuster films. Usually in these spectacle movies, a hero saves earth from doomsday, or at least saves a select group of humanity, leading audiences to once again dismiss the possibility of the unimaginable.
