For weeks, radio airwaves throughout California have been bombarded with advertising from former E-bay CEO Meg Whitman in her Republican bid for Governor of the golden state. While she has every right to advertise on a variety of well known conservative talk show programs, her presentation to these listeners, in my opinion, is disingenuous.

Just a few weeks ago I experienced first-hand the fact that God's flight plan is always better than my own. On my way to Haiti to report on the damage from the earthquake, my American Airlines flight was delayed due to mechanical difficulties.

Nobody expected a Republican to take the U.S. Senate seat that, just 12 months ago, was occupied by liberal icon - Ted Kennedy. Apparently, Democrat operatives, including Senate appointee Martha Coakley think it’s ‘her right’ to hold the seat that had so long been occupied by Democrat Senate leader, Kennedy. Scott Brown rightly pointed out that the Senate seat in Massachusetts was not “Kennedy’s seat”, but “the people’s seat.”

Radio talk show host Michael Savage said last week that he’s lost confidence in the Obama Administration’s prosecution of the war against radical Islam. Several security blunders along with recent public policy changes by the Obama administration over the past few months have raised new doubts about the President’s commitment to rigorously protecting America.

One of the main architects of the House of Representative’s “Cap and Trade” bill (HR 2454) that narrowly passed the House last July (2009) is Rep. Henry Waxman (CA). Waxman, a very liberal Democrat congressman modeled the bill, in part, after similar laws that had already passed California’s Democratic controlled state legislature. Some of these state laws are now beginning to take effect in country’s most populous state.
